![]() Melissa pursued her passion for alternative medicine and completed a three year Acupuncture program at the Eastern School of Acupuncture in Montclair, NJ in 2008. Melissa is a Diplomate of Acupuncture from the National Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is the owner and director of The Zen Den and holds a license to practice acupuncture in the State of New Jersey. She is also trained in Sound Healing, Aroma Point Therapy and offers therapeutic cupping services. | ![]() Michelle is a Nationally Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist in NY and NJ, and a Diplomat of Acupuncture. She earned her Masters of Science Degree in Classical Acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York, and her B.A. from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. Before venturing into a career in acupuncture, Michelle lived abroad in Bangkok, Thailand. Michelle grew to appreciate East Asian traditions and the importance in striving for a healthy mind body and spirit. | ![]() Bill is originally from Bradley Beach, and currently resides in Middletown with his wife, Stephanie and two sons. His background is in art and music. He owns and operates Five Elements Studio, a school of Chinese martial arts. Bill has been training since 2002, was made a Shifu in 2010, and is currently a sixth degree black sash in this Kung Fu. It was this path that led to his becoming an Acupuncturist. ![]() Shay Costello is a Nationally Board-Certified Acupuncturist with the NCCAOM, as well as Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist in NJ. She earned her Double Master’s Degree from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York, NY, which includes a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and a Master of Science Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from The University of Delaware in 2012. | ![]() Craig Graceffo, L.Ac. comes to the Zen Den from the New England School of Acupuncture after graduating in September, 2020. In addition to his theory and acupuncture classes, he had the opportunity to study orthopedic acupuncture, TCM theory and stroke rehabilitation and Japanese-style acupuncture. His clinical rotations were numerous and varied where, aside from TCM clinics, he had the privilege of working in the Pediatric Pain CPediatric Pain Clinic at Boston Medical Center. | ![]() Michelle is an Advanced Certified Clinical Hypnotist who helps clients accomplish their goals, live life positively, and manifest their dreams. Hypnosis is a powerful tool which helps people achieve a state of deep relaxation. It combines techniques of meditation, affirmation, and guided imagery, allowing individuals to access their subconscious mind and replace the unwanted with new, positive, and lasting life changes through the power of positive suggestion. |
![]() Nikki graduated from nursing school in 2014 and worked in the hospital setting for 5 years. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2018, her own healing journey lead her on the path of Holistic Health. This experience sparked Nikki’s passion for self-exploration, the relationship between science and spirituality, and eventually a newfound purpose of redefining health. Nikki is now a Holistic Health Practitioner and the owner of Wholistic Alignment Health Services. | ![]() Kimberly began studying yoga in 1994. In 2000, she crossed paths with Ayurveda and was enamored by the synergy of the two sister sciences. She studied energetic herbalism, energy healing, Ayurveda and Parayoga in the lush mountains of Asheville before moving to New Mexico to study Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad. She graduated from the Ayurvedic Institute in 2013 as a Diet and Lifestyle Counselor and Yoga Teacher. |
